Rosalind Tan
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Rosalind is the executive director of PPHCSC, dedicated to serving the Ayer Rajah community since 2012. She oversees the operations and events at the centres, ensuring everything runs smoothly. A valued member of the Teban Grassroots, she has received a 10-year service award for her contributions. An ardent cook, Rosalind enjoys cooking as a way to bless others.
LAM WEI CHEE
STUDENT CARE CENTRE MANAGER
Wei Chee oversees the Student Care Centre at Block 50, where he nurtures students and supports them in various school subjects. He takes great pleasure in getting to know the children, building trust with them and playing games with them. In his free time, Wei Chee enjoys playing the piano, reading, and exploring new instruments like the erhu.
Lim Mee Huan
EXECUTIVE
Mee Huan, a trained teacher, is passionate about equipping young children with reading and math skills. At the centre, she also enjoys interacting with the elderly, often engaging in karaoke and forming close friendships with them. In her free time, Mee Huan loves reading, doing crafts with both children and seniors, going on long walks, and traveling.
JEANIE GOH
EXECUTIVE
Jeanie is the executive responsible for financial assistance and grocery distribution. She takes pleasure in visiting residents and building meaningful connections with them. In her free time, Jeanie enjoys reading and participating in aqua aerobics.
JONATHAN LEE
EXECUTIVE
Jonathan oversees logistics at the centre and is truly a jack-of-all-trades at CSC. Whether assisting residents or managing administrative tasks, he finds joy in every aspect of his work. Jonathan is dedicated to extending kindness to residents and building meaningful connections with them. In his free time, he enjoys watching adventure shows and thrillers.
BRUCE GUO
EXECUTIVE
Bruce leads the media department at CSC, where he designs posters and creates content to promote upcoming events. Alongside his creative work, Bruce also assists with registration and handles administrative tasks at the centre. He is passionate about engaging with residents to understand their challenges and provide help and support. Bruce's keen interest in the tech field drives him to explore the internet and stay updated on new technological advancements.
FAITH YANG
TEACHER
Faith is a teacher at the Student Care Centre, specializing in Chinese language education. She is passionate about guiding students in their academic journeys while nurturing their personal growth. Faith enjoys engaging in arts and crafts with her students, often coming up with creative projects for special occasions like Chinese New Year, Mother's Day, and National Day.
JED LEONG
YOUTH WORKER
Jed is a dedicated youth worker who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with young people. He mentors them to help unlock their full potential. In his free time, Jed enjoys watching anime and maintains a healthy lifestyle through daily runs.
