Rosalind Tan


Rosalind is the executive director of PPHCSC and has been serving residents at PPHCSC since 2012. She oversees and is the overall in-charge of the operations and events of the centres. She has received her 10 year service award as a member of the Teban Grassroots and in her free time, she enjoys cooking to bless others.



Wei Chee is in charge of the student care centre at block 50 where he nurtures the students and helps them build their knowledge of the various school subjects. He enjoys getting to know each children and building trust with them. In his free time, Wei Chee finds joy in playing the piano, reading and learning new instruments like the Erhu.

Lim Mee Huan


As a trained teacher, Mee Huan is passionate about equipping young children with reading and Mathematic skills. At the centre, she enjoys and interacts well with the elderly, singing karaoke with them and building close friendships. She enjoys reading, doing crafts with children and the elderly, going on long walks and travelling in her free time.



Jeanie is the executive in charge of financial assistance and groceries delivery. She enjoys visiting the residents and getting to know them. In her free time, she enjoys reading and doing aqua aerobics.

Jonathan LEE


Jonathan is in charge of the logistics at the centre. He is a jack of all trades at CSC. Be it helping residents, administrative tasks or finding stores, he finds joy in doing them alln. Jonathan enjoys extending kindness towards residents and growing to know them. In his free tine, he enjoys watching shows. His favourite genres being adventures and thrillers.



Bruce is in spearheads the media side of CSC. He designs posters and content to publicize upcoming events. Additionally, he helps with registration and administrative tasks at the centre. He enjoys visiting residents and getting to know the challenges they face so as to be of ad to them. In his free time, Bruce interest lies in the tech field, where he enjoys surfing the net and learning about new advancements in technology.



Faith is a teacher at the student service centre. She specializes in the chinese language and she enjoys guiding the students in their academic pursuits, as well as nurturing them. She enjoys doing Arts & Craft with the students and coming up with new craft ideas in her free time.



Jed is a youth worker and is passionate about building relationships with the younger generation and mentoring them to help them reach their full potential. He is also the craftsman in charge of the upcoming renovation. He enjoys watching animations and leading a health lifestyle through daily runs.

Ang Hui Wern


Hui Wern manages both our centres at Block 44 and 50. She oversees the operations and events at both centres and ensures programmes run smoothly. She began her time at PPHCSC teaching the student and finds joy in watching them thrive and grow from children into confident and responsible youths. During the holidays, Hui Wern enjoys travelling and sightseeing with her favourite travel destination being Japan.
